It was an interesting lesson on googlesite. Thanks to Ideh and Dr. Fara for introducing google site to create my own website. It was very easy and user friendly. I regard this as my platform to give and share my love to English language with others. I hope I will make use of the knowledge that I gain from this class for my teaching profession effeciently.

Today ‘s lesson was interactive because of hands on activities. It was fun trying to create online quiz using Flubaroo and how to get students’ score immediately without marking. I could implement this in my teaching and make use of the ICT . Students will prefer to answer online quiz rather than answering in a question paper.

I was fun to use google drive tools Such as creating Powerpoint presentations online. What I like the most was My partner and I could work on the same layout just by sharing the file. We don’t have to use pendrive or email to merge our slides . We could save time and less hassle. I would encourage my students practice using google drive. Our presentations can be shared with anyone.

Google sites also a very useful and helpful tool in creating websites for classrooms.

Education need changes so as teachers we should welcome changes and prepared to acquire new knowledge.

Zohowriter  , Zohowriter , it was difficult to log in because of my gmail account. I forgot to log out and that was the problem .Finally, I managed to log in and communicate with my partner. We tried our best to write a story. I was happy to be pair up with Anum because she cooperated very well. Zohowriter is a very useful platform for group members who have difficulty in meeting with each other for discussion . Zohowriter will help the members to complete their assignments on time .

As a English language teacher, I guess zohowriter is a good tool to develop collaborative writing among my students.Currently, when I ask my students to do pair or group work, they will be some sleeping partners who will not contribute anything.Finally, others will do the task for the sleeping partners.

So, zohowriter, will be a platform for teacher who will act as a moderator to check on the students’ contribution. Moreover, students nowadays are prefer to participate on online activities. Zohowriter will be able to enhance their writing skills because they will get bored by always writing in the book.

I’m glad that I found a different tool for my teaching and I hope after this my lessons will be more student-centered.

I’m glad to be in CALL lecture. I acquired skills on how to create mailing list and create my own blog. I hope by the end of the semester, my teaching methodologies will be technology based . It was fun to learn on how to create yahoo group and create own mailing list. This will help to connect with certain group friends and to share files, messages and many more.

I never think that I will be an Internet savvy because all this while I was just using Internet for e-mailing, chatting and searching for information. Now, I realized the importance of grouping our friends and contacts for certain purposes, especially for my students.

I will create different groups for each of my English language classes. I will use yahoo group as a platform to conduct my class virtually.At the same time, I’m encouraging my students to use ICT for good purposes.

Not only that, I could create my own blog to develop my teaching career. It’s fun to know that others will be able to view my blog and I’m able to share my knowledge and information on English Language.All this while, I was just viewing other’s blog and now I could contribute myself.
